Pennsylvania In The Clover Instant Lottery Game

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania In The Clover.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game ticket is $1.

   3.  Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''LUCKY NUMBER'' area and a ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and 10 (TEN). The play symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN) and a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN).

   4.  Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' area are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN) and $1,700 (SVNTNHUN).

   5.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: Free Ticket, $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $500 and $1,700. A player can win up to five times on a ticket.

   6.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed for the Game: Approximately 14,400,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game.

   7.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $1,700 (SVNTNHUN) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,700.

   (b)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (c)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (d)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (e)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (f)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (g) Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (h)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (i)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (j)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (k)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (l)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (m)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (n)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (o)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (p)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

   (q)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols is a Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN), and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears under the Lucky Coin symbol (LUCKYCOIN) on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

   (r)  Holders of tickets upon which any one of the ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbols matches the ''LUCKY NUMBER'' play symbol and a prize symbol of FREE (TICKET) appears under the matching ''YOUR CLOVER NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one Pennsylvania In The Clover instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

   8.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

   9.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).

   10.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania In The Clover, prize money from winning Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania In The Clover instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   11.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law, 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   12.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania In The Clover or through normal communications methods.
