Proposed Revisions to Total Maximum Daily Loads for the Neshaminy Creek Watershed in Bucks and Montgomery Counties; Request for Comment

[Saturday, August 26, 2006]The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is requesting comments on a draft revision of the Neshaminy Creek Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in December 2003. This revision is intended to replace Section D of the original TMDL and addresses point source related allocations.
The TMDLs can be accessed through the Department's website at www.depweb.state.pa.us (DEP Keywords: ''TMDL''; choose ''Select By TMDL Name'' and then ''Neshaminy Creek'').

Written comments on the revisions will be accepted at the previously noted address and must be received by October 25, 2006. A subject heading and return name and address must be included in each e-mail transmission. Comments will not be accepted by facsimile or voice mail. The Department will consider all comments in finalizing this revision to the TMDL, which will be submitted to the EPA for approval.
