[Saturday, October 21, 2006]A-110300F0110, A-110400F0048 and A-110450F0023. Metropolitan Edison Company, Pennsylvania Electric Company and Pennsylvania Power Company. Application of Metropolitan Edison Company, Pennsylvania Electric Company and Pennsylvania Power Company (Companies) for authority under 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 1102 and 2102 for the Future Transfer of Property that is used and useful in the public service. The Companies propose to make these future transfers under a multi-utility agreement known as the Spare Transformer Sharing Agreement.
Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before November 6, 2006. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the Applicant's business address.
