Order And Now, to Wit, this 31st day of January, 2007, in accordance with the provisions of Act 18 of April 21, 1994, upon the determination of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court that these fees are fair and reasonable, the following Bill of Costs is established to become effective on March 19, 2007, to be chargeable to the parties and to the Estates before this Court for settlement for all services of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, in the transaction of the business of this Court.
