   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-06-326, Dated January 30, 2007. Authorizes the agreement between the Commonwealth and the FOP-LCB for the liquor law enforcement officers unit (K4). The agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period of July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2007.

   Resolution #OR-07-018, Dated February 1, 2007. Authorizes the reorganization of the Liquor Control Board, by establishing a Chief Executive Officer to oversee all administrative and marketing activities.

   Resolution #OR-07-029, Dated February 12, 2007. Authorizes the reorganization of the Department of Health by transferring the Office of Public Health Preparedness from the Office of the Deputy Secretary for Health Planning and Assessment to the Office of the Secretary of Health.
