[Saturday, March 31, 2007]American Progressive Life & Health Insurance Company of New York has filed for approval increased rates for its individual standardized and select Medicare supplement policy forms. The filing requests an aggregate rate increase of 10.5%, which varies by form as follows:

The company requests that the revised rates take effect on June 15, 2007.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 13, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
