[Saturday, March 31, 2007]On January 9, 2007, Jane Lorraine Anderson, license no. RN-206269-L, of Berlin, NJ, was suspended indefinitely, retroactive to November 13, 2006, based on findings that she is unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of mental or physical illness or condition or physiological or psychological dependence upon alcohol, hallucinogenic or narcotic drugs or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination.
Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Carole L. Clarke, Board Counsel, State Board of Nursing, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
This adjudication and order represents the final State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of your petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of such appeals is the previously named Board counsel.
