   The Bureau of Career and Technical Education will accept RFP E-grants for a New Choices/New Options project to serve the Clarion County area from October 1, 2007--June 30, 2008. The guidelines for the project can be found at www.pde.state.us. The E-grant must be submitted by 5 p.m. on September 28, 2007.
