Therefore, Roy Repco has agreed to reimburse the Department for certain response costs in the amount of $25,000 and shall receive contribution protection from claims related to his ownership of this property.

This notice is provided under section 1113 of HSCA (35 P. S. § 6020.1113), which states that, ''settlement shall become final upon the filing of the Department's response to the significant written comments.'' The Consent Order and Agreement, which contains the specific terms of the agreement is available for public review and comment.
