The hearings will be held in accordance with the requirements of 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law). Under 22 Pa. Code § 201.1 (relating to applicability of general rules), procedural matters will be in conformance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) unless specific exemption is granted.
