   Hearings have been scheduled, as authorized by 24 Pa.C.S. Part IV (relating to Public School Employees' Retirement Code), in connection with the Public School Employees' Retirement System's (System) denial of Claimants' requests concerning the indicated accounts.

The hearings will be held in accordance with the requirements of 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law). Under 22 Pa. Code § 201.1 (relating to applicability of general rules), procedural matters will be in conformance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) unless specific exemption is granted.
