[37 Pa.B. 653]
[Saturday, February 3, 2007]On August 15, 2006, First Priority Health submitted a filing to increase the premium rates and modify the benefit structure for its Individual Blue Care HMO Conversion Plan for a March 1, 2007, effective date. After review, the Insurance Department (Department) approved the proposed rate increase and benefit change on December 1, 2006. On January 17, 2007, First Priority Health submitted a filing requesting that the Department rescind the premium rates approved on December 1, 2006, and the corresponding benefit changes. This proposal restores the premium rates and benefit structure to the level effective January 1, 2006. That is, the contract form and premium rates will remain at the level in effect for January 1, 2006.
