   OSM 40(3044)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Fern Glen, Black Creek Township, Luzerne County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include 457,800 cubic yards of grading and 56.8 acres of seeding. This project issues on April 18, 2008, and bids will be opened on May 15, 2008, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal grant for this project.
