   AMD 54(3695)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Mary D. East, Schuylkill Township, Schuylkill County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include 15,410 cubic yards of Excavation, 2,785 cubic yards of Embankment and 1,170 cubic yards of Impervious Soil. This project issues on July 3, 2008, and bids will be opened on July 31, 2008, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $15 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal Grant for this project.
