Chapter 31 (relating to water resources planning) to help guide the development of a new State Water Plan (plan) for the Commonwealth. The regional committees' purpose is to develop the regional component of the overall plan, and to provide recommendations to the Statewide Water Resources Committee, which is charged under 27 Pa.C.S.
