Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game ticket is $3.

   3.  Play Symbols:

   (a)  Each Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game ticket will contain a ''Play Grid'' area, a ''BLACK NUMBERS'' area, a ''RED NUMBERS'' area, three ''Prize'' areas with the prize symbols printed in black ink, immediately to the right of each ''Row,'' three ''Prize'' areas with the prize symbols printed in red ink, in the ''Prize'' area next to the prize symbol printed in black ink to the right of each ''Row,'' and eight ''Prize'' areas one immediately below each ''Column.''

   (b)  The ''Play Grid'' area consists of 24 spaces on a play grid 8 ''Columns'' wide by 3 ''Rows'' deep with half of the spaces containing ''black play grid'' play symbols printed in black ink and half of the spaces containing ''red play grid'' play symbols printed in red ink. The ''black play grid'' play symbols appearing in the ''Play Grid'' area are the numbers 1 through 10, the numbers 21 through 30, the numbers 41 through 50 and the numbers 61 through 70 printed in black ink. The ''red play grid'' play symbols appearing in the ''Play Grid'' area are the numbers 11 through 20, the numbers 31 through 40, the numbers 51 through 60 and the numbers 71 through 80 printed in red ink. The 4 vertical ''Columns'', designated as ''Column 1,'' ''Column 3,'' ''Column 5'' and ''Column 7,'' will contain ''black play grid'' play symbols. The 4 vertical ''Columns,'' designated as ''Column 2,'' ''Column 4,'' ''Column 6'' and ''Column 8,'' will contain ''red play grid'' play symbols. The 3 horizontal ''Rows'' are designated as ''Row 1,'' ''Row 2'' and ''Row 3.'' Each ''Column'' offers a separate chance to win and each ''Row'' offers two chances to win.

   (c)  Each Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game ticket will also contain a ''BLACK NUMBERS'' area containing 12 play symbols printed in black ink. The ''BLACK NUMBERS'' play symbols are the numbers 1 through 10, the numbers 21 through 30, the numbers 41 through 50 and the numbers 61 through 70 and a $ symbol.

   (d)  Each Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game ticket will also contain a ''RED NUMBERS'' area consisting of 12 play symbols printed in red ink. The ''RED NUMBERS'' play symbols are the numbers 11 through 20, the numbers 31 through 40, the numbers 51 through 60 and the numbers 71 through 80.

   4.  Prize Symbols:

   (a)  The prize symbols and their captions located in the 8 ''Prize'' areas, one below each of the 8 ''Columns'' and each printed in black or red ink are: $3^.00 (THR DOL), $5^.00 (FIV DOL), $6^.00 (SIX DOL), $10^.00 (TEN DOL), $15^.00 (FIFTN), $20^.00 (TWENTY), $40^.00 (FORTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $300 (THR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $3,000 (THR THO).

   (b)  The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''Prize'' area, immediately to the right of each of the 3 ''Rows'' and printed in black ink are: $3^.00 (THR DOL), $5^.00 (FIV DOL), $6^.00 (SIX DOL), $10^.00 (TEN DOL), $15^.00 (FIFTN), $20^.00 (TWENTY), $40^.00 (FORTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $300 (THR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $3,000 (THR THO), $30,000 (TRY THO) and $60,000 (STY THO).

   (c)  The prize symbols and their captions, printed in red ink and located in the ''Prize'' area next to the prize symbol printed in black ink to the right of each of the 3 ''Rows'' are: $3^.00 (THR DOL), $5^.00 (FIV DOL), $6^.00 (SIX DOL), $10^.00 (TEN DOL), $15^.00 (FIFTN), $20^.00 (TWENTY), $40^.00 (FORTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $300 (THR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $3,000 (THR THO), $30,000 (TRY THO) and $60,000 (STY THO).

   5.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $3, $5, $6, $10, $15, $20, $40, $100, $300, $1,000, $3,000, $30,000 and $60,000. The player can win up to 5 times on each ticket.

   6.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 6,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game.

   7.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Holders of tickets in which four of the ''BLACK NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact four ''black play grid'' play symbols printed in black ink, one in ''Column 1,'' one in ''Column 3,'' one in ''Column 5'' and one in ''Column 7'' which appear in a complete horizontal ''Row;'' and a prize symbol of $60,000 (STY THO), printed in black ink, appears in the ''Prize'' area immediately to the right of that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $60,000.

   (b)  Holders of tickets in which four of the ''RED NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact four ''red play grid'' play symbols printed in red ink, one in ''Column 2,'' one in ''Column 4,'' one in ''Column 6'' and one in ''Column 8'' which appear in a complete horizontal ''Row;'' and a prize symbol of $60,000 (STY THO), printed in red ink, appears in the ''Prize'' area next to the prize symbol printed in black ink to the right of that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $60,000.

   (c)  Holders of tickets in which four of the ''BLACK NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact four ''black play grid'' play symbols printed in black ink, one in ''Column 1,'' one in ''Column 3,'' one in ''Column 5'' and one in ''Column 7'' which appear in a complete horizontal ''Row;'' and a prize symbol of $30,000 (TRY THO), printed in black ink, appears in the ''Prize'' area immediately to the right of that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30,000.

   (d)  Holders of tickets in which four of the ''RED NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact four ''red play grid'' play symbols printed in red ink, one in ''Column 2,'' one in ''Column 4,'' one in ''Column 6'' and one in ''Column 8'' which appear in a complete horizontal ''Row;'' and a prize symbol of $30,000 (TRY THO), printed in red ink appears in the ''Prize'' area next to the prize symbol printed in black ink to the right of that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30,000.

   (e)  Holders of tickets in which four of the ''BLACK NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact four ''black play grid'' play symbols printed in black ink, one in ''Column 1,'' one in ''Column 3,'' one in ''Column 5'' and one in ''Column 7'' which appear in a complete horizontal ''Row;'' and a prize symbol of $3,000 (THR THO), printed in black ink, appears in the ''Prize'' area immediately to the right of that ''Row,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3,000.

   (ll)  Holders of tickets in which three of the ''BLACK NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact three ''black play grid'' play symbols printed in black ink, which appear in a complete vertical ''Column;'' and a prize symbol of $3^.00 (THR DOL), printed in black ink, appears in the corresponding ''Prize'' area immediately below that ''Column,'' on a single ticket, or holders of tickets in which three of the ''RED NUMBERS'' play symbols match the same exact three ''red play grid'' play symbols printed in red ink, which appear in a complete vertical ''Column;'''' and a prize symbol of $3^.00 (THR DOL), printed in red ink, appears in the corresponding ''Prize'' area immediately below that ''Column,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

   9.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentive).

   10.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   11.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), the regulations contained in 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   12.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Super Match & Win^TM or through normal communications methods.
