Inter-County Hospitalization Plan, Inc.; Application for Approval of Revised Rates for its 65-Select (Hospital) Plans; Filing No. MG Hospital 0409; Rate Filing

[Saturday, May 16, 2009]Inter-County Hospitalization Plan, Inc. has filed for approval increased rates for its community-rated 65-Select program. The requested effective date of the revised rates is July 1, 2009, and the revised rates represent an average increase of 27.2% over the currently approved rates. The monthly premiums for subscribers enrolling at first eligibility are as follows:

Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 29, 2009, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's offices in Harrisburg.
