   The Bureau of Audits' prepared report on PECO Energy Company's Competitive Transition Charge (CTC) and Intangible Transition Charge (ITC) for the twelve months ended January 31, 2008. The report was approved for release by the Commission at its Public Meeting of June 18, 2009. No other formal action was taken.

   The report did not disclose any findings:

   There is no further action required by the Company at this time. The Commission appreciates the cooperation of your officers and employees in conjunction with this audit.
