[Saturday, July 11, 2009]Notice is hereby given that Bryan A. Chapman having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of 60 days, with 30 days stayed, by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided December 31, 2008, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated June 24, 2009, suspending Bryan A. Chapman from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 30 days, effective July 24, 2009. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
