In Re:  NOS Communications, Inc. (2007 TRS Reports); Doc. No. A-310043F0002

Rescission Order

   On June 1, 2009, the Commission entered a Tentative Order at this docket against NOS Communications, Inc. (the Respondent), a competitive local exchange carrier certificated at A-310043F0002, for failure to file its 2007 Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) Annual Access Line Summary Report and TRS Annual Tracking Report (hereinafter collectively referred to as ''TRS Reports'') and for failure to have current contact information on file with the Commission. The Tentative Order is awaiting publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Even before the Tentative Order was entered, however, the Respondent's outside consultant contacted Commission staff regarding the Tentative Order and immediately filed the two missing reports on June 1, 2009, and agreed to send a letter to the Secretary's Bureau to update the company's contact information; Therefore,

It Is Ordered That:

   1.  The Tentative Order entered June 1, 2009, is hereby rescinded.

   2.  A copy of this Order be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
