Name Change for Facilities

[Saturday, July 18, 2009]The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) has taken final action to change the name on all existing permits, approvals, licenses and plan approvals at the following facilities (listed as follows). The name on all previously issued permits, licenses and approvals to Reliant Energy Northeast Management Company is now changed to RRI Energy Northeast Management Company. The name on all previously issued permits, licenses and approvals to Reliant Energy Mid-Atlantic Power Holdings, LLC is now changed to RRI Energy Mid-Atlantic Power Holdings, LLC. The name on all previously issued permits, licenses and approvals to Reliant Energy Wholesale Generation, LLC is now changed to RRI Energy Wholesale Generation, LLC. Note that this is only a name change; not a change in ownership. A complete list of the permits is available from the Department's Office of Field Operations at (717) 783-8697.
