   On June 8, 2009, Vicki Lynn Rhodes, license no. MD038572E, of Jacksonville, FL, had her Pennsylvania license indefinitely suspended based on disciplinary action taken against her license to practice medicine by the proper licensing authority of another state.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the final order by writing to Steven R. Dade, Board Counsel, State Board of Medicine, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

   This final order represents the State Board of Medicine (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board Counsel.
