 BOGM 09-5, cleaning out and plugging seven orphan oil wells, (Fred Lorenzo, Michael Bachakas, Community Hospital of Kane (c/o Gary Rhodes) and Energy Conversion Systems (c/o Mike Smith) Properties, Kane Borough, McKean County. The principal items of work include cleaning out and plugging seven orphan oil wells, estimated to be 2,400 feet in depth, to the Department of Environemental Protection's specifications, preparing and restoring well sites and mobilizing and demobilizing plugging equipment. This project issues on September 4, 2009, and bids will be opened on October 6, 2009, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received.
