Smart Meter Technology Plan; Notice of Technical Conference

[Saturday, September 19, 2009]M-2009-2123948, Duquesne Light Company. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) has directed that a technical conference be held on the previously-captioned case. At the technical conference, Duquesne Light Company will present personnel with in-depth knowledge of the Smart Meter Technology Plan who can respond to questions regarding all aspects of the plan. Only lay persons affiliated with an admitted party of record will be permitted to directly ask questions of the company representatives.
To be admitted as a party of record, a Petition to Intervene must be filed with the Secretary and served on the company, on all parties of record and on the presiding Administrative Law Judge on or before 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2009. The presiding officer is Administrative Law Judge Robert P. Meehan, 1103 Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, (412) 565-3550, fax (412) 565-5692.
