 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Philadelphia County, Wine & Spirits Store #5118, (New Store), Philadelphia, PA

 Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a 1/4 mile radius of 2nd Street and Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

 Proposals due: October 30, 2009, at 12 p.m.
