[Saturday, October 24, 2009]The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept proposals for Project No. 09-103.P—planning, preconstruction, investigation and design, Packer Avenue Marine Terminal until 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2009. The proposal documents can be obtained on line at www.philaport.com under the Procurement link and will be available October 27, 2009. PRPA is an equal opportunity employer. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Meet at Packer Avenue Marine Terminal, 3200 South Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19148 (South Gate). Attendance must be confirmed to the Procurement Department at (215) 426-2600.
