 The Insurance Department's Pittsburgh Regional Office, located at Room 304, State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 will be closed, effective November 20, 2009. All notices of refusal to write, cancellations and/or refusals to renew, under 40 P. S. § 991.2008 or 40 P. S. § 1171.5(a)(9) should reflect the following address, Insurance Department, Bureau of Consumer Services, 1209 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, fax: (717) 787-8585, as soon as possible, but no later than June 30, 2010.
