 On September 17, 2009, Maria F. Lee-Driver, license no. BL-052670, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated September 4, 2009, which the court issued under section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
