 OSM 40(1031)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Cranberry West, Hazle Township, Luzerne County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; 1,308,650 cubic yards of grading; 2,220 cubic yards of ditch excavation; 2,560 square yards of rock lining and 167.6 acres of seeding. This project issues on November 25, 2009, with bids opened on December 22, 2009, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $15 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
