Listing of Tax Collection Districts for Local Tax Enabling Act Districts

   In accordance with section 504(a) of the Local Tax Enabling Act (53 P. S. § 6904(a)) (act), the Department of Community and Economic Development gives notice of the establishment of a list of all Tax Collection Districts and the Political Subdivisions in each Tax Collection District. The list follows as Annex A. Electronic copies of the list are available at www.newpa.com. This list will remain in effect until changed by a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
