[Saturday, February 7, 2009]Notice is hereby given that Samuel Bailey, Jr., having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of 9 months by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals dated September 15, 2005, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated January 21, 2009, suspending Samuel Bailey, Jr., from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 9 months, effective February 20, 2009. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
