 OSM 10(6838)101.1, Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Project, Lake Arthur South, Muddy Creek Township, Butler County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; clearing and grubbing; dewatering and diversion and care of water; 429,000 cubic yards of grading; 320 cubic yards of ditch excavation; 900 square yards of high velocity erosion control mulch blanket; 140 square yards of rock lining with filter material; 100 linear feet of 15-inch diameter smooth interior; 100 linear feet of corrugated polyethylene pipe; 775 linear feet of subsurface drain; wetland mitigation; and 47.5 acres of seeding. This bid issues April 23, 2010, and bids will be opened on May 20, 2010, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
