Facility-wide emissions are limited to 279 tons NOx per consecutive 12-month period in accordance with the RACT Operating Permit. The facility is required to perform exhaust stack testing every five years and demonstrate compliance with the emission limits set forth by testing, recordkeeping, monitoring, and work practice standards. The facility is subject to the new final-form rulemaking of 25 Pa. Code Chapter 129 for glass melting furnaces. The facility must demonstrate compliance by January 1, 2012. This is a renewal.
