Facility shall be limited to 625 tons/hour and a total throughput of 400,000 tons per 12 month rolling total. Annual emissions from the facility are estimated to be 46 tons of total particulate matter and 14 tons of PM10. BAT for this operation consists of dust suppression activities such as the use of water sprays, enclosures, roadway paving, tarping, truck wash and best operating practices.
