 The Department of General Services (Department) will accept bids for the purchase of 14.77 acres + of land and buildings containing 200,000 square feet + formerly known as the Philipsburg State General Hospital located at 210 Loch Lomond Road, Philipsburg, Rush Township, Centre County. Bids are due Thursday, June 30, 2011.
