 On April 15, 2011, the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) suspended the licence of Jermaine Maurice Lewis, license no. MV218163 of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated April 15, 2011, which the court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
