Pennsylvania PhilliesTM Instant Lottery Game; Change to Game Rules

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of changes to the Pennsylvania PhilliesTM instant lottery game rules that were published at 41 Pa.B. 1588 (March 19, 2011).

 This amendment adds two additional Phillies® Dream Prizes and 500 additional Phillies® Merchandise Prize Packages for the Pennsylvania Lottery's PhilliesTM Second Chance Drawing held the week of October 31, 2011. The correct version of this document is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text as it appeared at 41 Pa.B. 1588—1593:

 12. Description of Second-Chance Drawings Prizes:

 (a) The first winner selected in each of the Pennsylvania Lottery's PhilliesTM Second-Chance Drawings, held the week of May 2, June 13, July 25 and September 12, 2011, shall be entitled to a prize consisting of a Phillies® Dream Prize Package. The first through the third winners selected in the Pennsylvania Lottery's PhilliesTM Second-Chance Drawing, held the week of October 31, 2011, shall be entitled to a prize consisting of a Phillies® Dream Prize Package. The winner of a Phillies® Dream Prize Package shall select one of the following four Phillies® Dream Prize Packages:

 (b) The second through the three-hundred and first winners selected in each of the Pennsylvania Lottery's PhilliesTM Second-Chance Drawings, held the week of May 2, June 13, July 25 and September 12, 2011, shall be entitled to a prize consisting of a Phillies® Merchandise Prize Pack. The fourth through the eight-hundred and third winners selected in the Pennsylvania Lottery's PhilliesTM Second-Chance Drawing, held the week of October 31, 2011, shall be entitled to a prize consisting of a Phillies® Merchandise Prize Pack. There is no cash equivalent for the Phillies® Merchandise Prize Packs. The winner of each of the Phillies® Merchandise Prize Packs will receive one of each of the follow items:
