[Saturday, January 15, 2011]Notice is hereby given that James Matthew Kernan having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of five years or until the termination of his period of federal probation, whichever period is longer, by Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, entered April 30, 2010; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated December 28, 2010 suspending James Matthew Kernan from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
