Motor Carrier Application for Luxury Limousine Service in the City of Philadelphia

[Saturday, December 3, 2011]Permanent or temporary authority to render services as a common carrier in the City of Philadelphia has been filed with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Taxicab and Limousine Division (TLD) by the following named applicant. The company has applied to transport persons in luxury limousine service between points within the City of Philadelphia and from points in the City of Philadelphia to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Formal protests must be filed in accordance with 9 PPA Regs. § c.v. (see www.philapark.org). Filings must be made to the PPA TLD, Attention: Charles Milstein, Esq., 2415 South Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148, with a copy served on the applicant by December 23, 2011. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection at the TLD office between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday or may be inspected at the business address of the applicant. The protest fee is $2,500 (certified check or money order payable to the PPA).
