Appeal of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania Under the Medical Care
Availability and Reduction of Error (MCARE) Act
(40 P. S. §§ 1303.101—1303.910); Consolidated
Doc. No. MM11-11-012

 And Now, this 30th day of November, 2011, considering the petitions of appeal from the 2012 MCARE assessment filed by the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund shall answer each of the petitions of appeal on or before December 21, 2011.

 Petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before January 6, 2012, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before January 16, 2012.

 Other than the filings referenced in this order, these proceedings are stayed until further order. The Hearings Administrator shall cause notice of this order to be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. This order is effective immediately.
