Administrative Order

 And Now, this 6th day of February, 2012, pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Judicial Administration 1901, the Magisterial District Judges holding office in Mercer County are Hereby Authorized to Adjust any outstanding cost balances on Misdemeanor Three cases over ten years old to a zero balance so the case can be archived.
