Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

 Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by Borough of Collegeville, 491 East Main Street, Collegeville PA 19426-2645.

 The Borough of Collegeville is seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at the intersection of SR 29 and Main Street, Collegeville Borough, 27,317.76 square feet/hectares +, adjacent to SR 29, Section OL1 for purposes of ''Collegeville Gateway,'' benches and trees.

 Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Lester Toaso, District Executive, Engineering District 6-0, PennDot, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, Attention: Mary C. Lambright.
