 On November 17, 2011, Tina D. Seaman, vehicle salesperson license no. MV145120L, of Portage, Cambria County, was revoked and assessed a civil penalty of $5,000 based upon her criminal conviction for crimes of moral turpitude related to the vehicle profession.
