Order

Per Curiam

 And Now, this 18th day of May, 2012, the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania or his designee, on behalf of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts as the Lessee and pursuant to Rule of Judicial Administration 504, is hereby ordered to take such steps as are necessary to secure the records, files and equipment which are the property of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and located at Suite 3500 Grant Building, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Court Administrator is further directed to take such steps as are necessary to ensure that the premises are vacated until further Order of this Court. Reasonable accommodations shall be made for the retrieval and return of personal effects and items located therein.

 Madame Justice Orie Melvin did not participate in this matter.
