 On March, 19, 2012, Lori A. Panikowski, license no. RN527419L, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was actively suspended for no less than 3 years based on her failure to comply with the requirements of her probation including participating in and cooperating with the Disciplinary Monitoring Unit of the Professional Health Monitoring Programs of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
