 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

York County, Wine & Spirits Store #6702 (Relocation), Etters, PA

Lease expiration date: August 31, 2014

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along Old Trail Road in Etters within a 1.5-mile radius of the Yocumtown Exit of I-83.

Proposals due: August 10, 2012, at 12 p.m.
