 In accordance with 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1202(b)(27) and (27.1) and 1513(a.2)(1) (relating to general and specific powers; political influence), the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board) is providing the following list of all applicants for and holders of a slot machine license, table game operation certificate, manufacturer license, supplier license or racing entity license, and the affiliates, intermediaries, subsidiaries, holding companies, principals and key employees thereof.
