Public Hearing and Meeting of the Potomac Regional Water Resources Committee for Marsh and Rock Creek Critical Area Resource Plan

[Saturday, November 10, 2012]In accordance with 27 Pa.C.S. Chapter 31 (relating to water resources planning), the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) provides notice that the Potomac Regional Water Resources Committee (Committee) associated with the Department will hold a public hearing and meeting to solicit public comments on the proposed Marsh and Rock Creek Critical Area Resource Plan (Plan).
The Committee will hold a public meeting and hearing on December 12, 2012, at the Adams County Agricultural Center, 670 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325. The public meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the public hearing will start at 7 p.m.
The Marsh and Rock Creek Plan can also be accessed under ''What's New:'' on the Department's State Water Plan web site at http://www.pawaterplan.dep.state.pa.us.
