Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company; Private Passenger Automobile; Rate and Rule Revisions

 On November 19, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company a filing for rate level and rule changes for private passenger automobile insurance.

 The company requests an overall 1.5% increase amounting to $5.697 million, to be effective May 6, 2013, for renewal business only. This overall figure represents an average, the effect of this filing on the rates for individual consumers may vary.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to January 18, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on ''PA Bulletin.''

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Eric Zhou, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, gzhou@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
