Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 Instant Lottery Game

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777.

 2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game ticket is $10.

 3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The play symbols and their captions printed in black ink and located in the play area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRTY), 31 (THYONE), 32 (THYTWO), 33 (THYTHR), 34 (THYFOR), 35 (THYFIV), 36 (THYSIX), Flame (FLAME) symbol and a 7 (BLK7) symbol. The play symbols and their captions printed in red ink and located in the play area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRTY), 31 (THYONE), 32 (THYTWO), 33 (THYTHR), 34 (THYFOR), 35 (THYFIV), 36 (THYSIX) and a 777 (SZL777) symbol.

 4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the play area are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $40.00 (FORTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $200 (TWO HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $777 (SNHNSVYSN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $10,000 (TEN THO), $20,000 (TWY THO) and $250,000 (TWHNFYTH).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $5, $10, $20, $40, $50, $100, $200, $500, $777, $1,000, $10,000, $20,000 and $250,000.

 6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 12,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of Prize Winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $250,000 (TWHNFYTH) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $20,000 (TWY THO) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20,000.

 (c) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7,000.

 (e) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (f) Holders of tickets with a 777 (SZL777) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in red ink, and a prize symbol of $777 (SNHNSVYSN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 777 (SZL777) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $777.

 (g) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $700.

 (h) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

 (i) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $350.

 (j) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

 (k) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $140.

 (l) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (m) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $70.

 (n) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (o) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $40.00 (FORTY) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (p) Holders of tickets with a 7 (BLK7) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that 7 (BLK7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $35.

 (q) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (r) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (s) Holders of tickets with a Flame (FLAME) symbol in the play area, with the symbol and caption printed in black ink, and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appearing in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that Flame (FLAME) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentive).

 10. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Sizzlin 777 or through normal communications methods.
