 On July 24, 2012, Karry Ann Fisher, license no. RN524905L, of Hershey, Dauphin County and Palmyra, Lebanon County was indefinitely suspended retroactive to March 6, 2012, based on findings that she is unable to practice professional nursing with reasonable skill and safety.
